The following guidelines are subject to change by the
Board of Directors of Colville Tribal Credit Corporation.
This program is designed for the purchase of a manufactured home which is or will be set up in a trailer court or which is or will be set up on land in which Colville Tribal Credit will not have a security interest.
The Real Estate Loan Officer can begin the analysis with a fully completed loan application. Application must have signature and date with income verification attached. Follow the basic instructions included with the application carefully. If you have specific information concerning the mobile home, please include with your application. Applicant may also be required to submit additional information.
If the manufactured home is not already set up in a trailer court or on land that Colville Tribal Credit will not hold a security interest, the following must be taken into consideration before submitting your loan application:
FOR SET UP IN A TRAILER COURT
- Borrower will be required to provide bids for set up costs with proof of adequate cash on hand for set up costs in addition to down payment and closing costs. All required utilities must be available in trailer court.
- Borrower will be required to provide location of trailer court, landlord’s name, address, telephone number, trailer court lot number and amount of monthly rent.
- Landlord must be agreeable to signing a Landlord’s Consent form.
FOR SET UP ON LAND WHERE COLVILLE TRIBAL CREDIT DOES NOT HAVE A SECURITY INTEREST
Borrower will be required to provide bids for set up costs and improvements with proof of adequate cash on hand for set up costs and improvements in addition to down payment and closing costs:

Borrower will be required to provide legal description of land, a copy of the Lease Agreement, landlord’s name, address and phone number, and annual cost of lease.
Landlord must be agreeable to sign a Landlord’s Consent form.
